Session rates

15 minute initial call - free.

Sessions (video / phone) are £60 per 50 minutes; (some concessions available). I accept BACS or Paypal.

Initial Contact

We'd have a (free) initial phone/video consultation for 15 minutes so that you could tell me what's brought you to counselling. It'd also give you an opportunity to see if I'd be the right person to have therapy with, and whether you feel counselling is what you are looking for at the moment.  There's no obligation to continue.
