The first step is a 20-30 minute consultation so that you can say a little about what you would like to explore in counselling; it will also give both of us an initial sense if we could work together.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and whilst I’d recommend that these take place weekly, I appreciate that you might want more flexibility.

My London practice room is in Borough High St, about 10mins walk from London Bridge station - there is a lift but there are steps to get into the building.  In Hove it is in Church Road close to Palmeira Square on the ground and 2nd floors. Note that there are a few steps to reach the front door.  On Zoom, you’d need a good internet connection and a private space where you won’t be disturbed.

 

My fees are structured as follows, for a 50 minute session:

£60 online

£70 in Hove

£75 in London

These can be settled through BACS, contactless or cash.

 

A consultation is £25.

I do also offer concessionary rates for online sessions, and/or fortnightly frequency - please get in touch to ask about this.
